On May 14, the Company held 2020 Annual General Meeting in Hong Kong. Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ji Youhong, Non-Executive Director, Mr. Zhou Longshan, and Independent Non-Executive Directors attended the meeting respectively in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
During the meeting, shareholders approved the resolutions of Annual Financial Statements, the Report of the Directors, the Independent Auditor's Report, the final dividend distribution, re-election of Directors, the engagement of Ernst & Young as independent auditor, and etc.
